for insurance, shipping and handling. After
checking in the cargo, we will call and/or email the tracking number. Your orders are packed securely to prevent and/ or minimize any possible damage it might sustain during transport. However, in case of HEAVY damage, Carla & Elaine shall
coordinate with the courier, who is responsible for the
shipment, to properly compensate the customer. Please be advised that it is the buyer’s responsibility to claim the cargo at their

Currently, only Cookies and Bars can be delivered via our authorized courier. Orders are dispatched a day prior your preferred delivery date to ensure freshness. Our authorized courier guarantee next day delivery on regular working days. Sunday deliveries within Metro Manila are also accepted. For provincial areas, deliveries falling on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Deliveries that fall on non-working holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
a.) 0.1<> 1 Kilo: Php 250
b.) 1<> 3 Kilos: Php 450
c.) 3 <> 6 Kilos: Php 650
Our authorized courier reserves the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners.The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of these couriers apply on packages shipped through them.
