Returns Policy/ Disclaimer:
If you would like to return an item, kindly send us an email at customerservice@carlaandelaines.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of merchandise. We will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase price, together with a photocopy of the delivery receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Carla & Elaine’s may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.
We package our products securely to avoid damage. In some instances, however, some slight settling might occur during transit. This should not affect the overall appearance or taste of our products.

We currently deliver within the Philippines only. We will send a notification email to inform you when an order has been or will be dispatched. In the event we cannot deliver on that date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you days ahead to settle another date.
Most of our delicate and bulk orders are delivered by our own delivery team. For others, we outsource our deliveries to reputable couriers. Please refer to the item’s description to determine if the product is available for delivery in your area.
Carla & Elaine’s does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized couriers. However, Carla & Elaine shall coordinate with the courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.
Carla & Elaine’s shall not be liable for any error or failure of delivery by reason of war, riot, insurrection, fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, accident, storm, power failure or any act of God, or any other cause beyond our control.
Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone available to receive the product. We will not be responsible for delivered products left unattended.
