You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carla & Elaine’s, its affiliates, and all of their employees, agents, officers, directors, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, attorneys, accountants, predecessors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses) relating to or arising from your use of this site or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
- Submissions. Carla & Elaine’s welcomes your comments and suggestions about your shopping experience with us. You agree that any comment, suggestion or information you contribute to this site is completely your own and that Carla & Elaine’s is free to use it in any form, media or technology, now known or later developed.
- Payment Terms. Carla & Elaine’s charges its customers in US dollars. If your credit/debit card is locally issued, you will be billed in PESO based on the exchange rate used by your credit card. If you are living outside the Philippines owning a foreign issued credit/debit card, your credit card company will bill you in your credit/debit card's preferred currency. Your actual charge will be determined by the exchange rate used by your credit card company. The buyer will have to settle any outstanding amount with the concerning bank according to the policies, terms and conditions of the bank who has the said jurisdiction governing the legal use of that credit/debit card owned by you, the buyer or cardholder.
- Choice of Law and Choice of Forum. This site is created and controlled by Carla & Elaine’s in the Republic of the Philippines. The laws of the Philippines will govern these Terms and Conditions as such laws are applied to agreements entered and to be performed entirely within the Philippines by its residents. This site is controlled and operated by Carla & Elaine’s from its offices within the Philippines. Carla & Elaine’s makes no representation that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where any of the contents of this site are illegal is prohibited. Further, Carla & Elaine’s makes no representation that the products and services available for sale or use on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and use or purchase of such products or services from territories where such purchase or use is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access or make purchases from this site from other locations, you do so on your own volition and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
